Who we are

Opsfold AI is a team that brings AI into company processes. This policy explains what happens to the data you leave on our website. If you have questions about it, use the form on our website.

What data we receive

Only what you enter in the request form yourself:

• a way to reach you: Telegram username, phone number or email;
• the topic of your task and the size of your company;
• your comment, if you wrote one.

Along with the request, we store the time it was sent and an approximate city that our hosting provider determines from your IP address. The IP address itself is kept for no longer than an hour and is used only to protect the form from spam. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To contact you about your request, schedule a review and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Your request passes through the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts the website and is delivered to the founders’ work chat in Telegram. Only the founders of Opsfold AI have access to requests. A copy of the request is kept on the website side for no longer than 90 days and is then deleted automatically.

Your company’s data in projects

If we start working together, we sign an NDA before accessing your data. The terms for processing your company’s data are set out in the contract, and if needed we deploy models inside your own infrastructure.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data from your request. Send us a request through the form on our website, and we will do it within 10 business days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with its effective date.
